Every drawing package starts with an accurate record of what's actually there. We survey your existing property on site — floor levels, wall thicknesses, roof pitches and window positions — so planning and technical drawings are built on real dimensions, not assumptions.

What we capture

Internal and external dimensions, floor-to-ceiling heights, roof structure, drainage and services locations, and boundary relationships to neighbouring properties — delivered as CAD floor plans, elevations and sections ready to build your design on.
